Crossfield’s Pete Knight Days has honored the legendary Pete Knight since 1977 and is held in June every year. The main attractions are the Foothills Cowboys Association sanctioned rodeo and other entertainment which draws in an estimated 3000 spectators and entrants at the Crossfield rodeo grounds.

Along with the Rodeo, other activities include fireworks and nightly dances featuring popular country bands, kids entertainment, Royalty crowning and intermission entertainment including the very popular Mutton Bustin’ and Wild Pony races.

Saturday begins with the annual Crossfield Ag Society pancake breakfast followed by the Parade.

The rodeo is located at the Rodeo Grounds on Laut Avenue.  The pancake breakfast and parade are held in town. See our Schedule of Events for more information.

Pete Knight Days is brought to you by the Crossfield Rodeo Society, a volunteer, non-profit organization and proud sponsor of the Crossfield community. Other community organizations assist in various ways and provide strong volunteer support for the weekend.
